As part of an industry-leading team, you will help drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our HR & Financial Services business group within Alight Solutions. As a North American AMS Sales Leader,  you will report directly to the EVP, Global Head of Sales.

Job Responsibilities:

 

HR & Financial Solutions Sales Manager

The HR Services Sales Manager is responsible for the growth and sales of Workday Cloud Solutions consisting of Cloud Deployment and Application Management Services (AMS).   The Sales Executive creates external demand for ancillary services with existing clients and prospects and positions Alight to win the work. This role coordinates selling efforts with the client team, the Account Executive, and the service delivery and domain team and operates at all organizational levels where the ancillary services are purchased and influenced.

 

Responsibilities

  • Hires, develops, and manages a team of HR Services sales executives
  • Coaches team members on prospecting strategy, sales strategy, pricing, and negotiations
  • Helps team members create, implement, and manage their career development
  • Works with internal stakeholders to ensure they fully understand and can refer Alight's cloud offering.
  • Works closely with Workday’s sales organization and alliance managers to keep Alight's Cloud Solutions top of mind
  • Partners with Operations to ensure Alight's Cloud Solutions’ value proposition meets the needs of the marketplace
  • Manages team's pay and performance
  • Supports the building and management of a diverse workforce

  • Demonstrated selling success/sales track record with large services sales
  • Demonstrated sales management success
  • Ability to determine good business opportunities for the organization
  • Ability to structure and deliver integrated offers
  • Ability to sell value
  • Proven experience in building and developing senior client relationships
  • Ability to apply the firm's positioning and brand strategy to all aspects of business development efforts
  • Experience in promoting a team environment while leading and participating in large services sales
  • Excellent coaching and people management skills - specifically in a sales management role
  • Broad content knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, and Workday
  • Project Management Skills

  • Negotiation Skills

 

Education:

 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
