Alight Solutions Is Looking For A Cloud Technology Transformation Consultant

 

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Change Solutions business group within Alight Solutions in Atlanta, Miami, Lincolnshire or Virtual. 


Your Impact As A Cloud Technology Transformation Consultant

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technology advice to global clients looking to asses and deploy Cloud HR and/or Finance systems such as Workday, Oracle Cloud Applications, and SAP Cloud Applications.
  • Lead or assist clients with an overview of Cloud HR and/or Finance Technologies and handle market awareness education meetings
  • Lead or assist clients with the evaluation of HR and/or Finance technology vendors, development of business case, assessment of technology readiness and planning for successful deployment.
  • Leverage your strong knowledge of HR and Finance technology across multiple platforms to consult with clients on their HR and Finance technology evaluation, future technology strategy development, and deployment.
  • Conduct pre-deployment technology gap analysis related to potential future Cloud HR and/or Finance deployments, recommend solutions, and prepare clients for a successful deployment.
  • Lead and manage client projects and directly assist in selling work to new and existing clients in support of business growth objectives.



You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

  • 6 - 8 years of relevant HR and/or Finance technology consulting or industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a global environment managing multiple projects and teams
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
  • Strong consultative capabilities; ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
  • Experience in leading projects, conducting workshops, or facilitating meetings
  • Superior knowledge of HR and/or Finance technology, processes and best practices
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:  HR/Finance Technology Strategy, HR Shared Services, IT Project Leadership, Workday Deployment, , Outsourcing advisory, Metrics & Benchmarking, HR/Finance Process Redesign
  • Experience in leading M&A due diligence assessment
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects and building business case for change
  • Excellent ability in leading and managing projects to timelines 

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
