Position: IT Sr Appl Dev Tech Lead
Job Location: 4 Overlook Point, Lincolnshire, IL 60069
Duties: Work within the Global Development Team to support company applications used to support the enterprise document imaging service. Work with Captiva Capture environment for all regional scanning centers in North America. Work on customized capture flows that support all internal and external document imaging customers. Perform integrations with other enterprise applications that support the business by leveraging SOAP web services, data feeds, and SQL. Utilize IBM Content Manager document repository (CM v8.5). Use various other custom IT applications that are required to run the business, including operational support and providing IT solutions for specific business needs. Work closely with the business leadership to understand the needs and strategy for document ingestion methods to support their goals, including leveraging a variety of channels, including scan, fax, and upload. Coordinate with technology leadership to ensure that the appropriate and supported technology infrastructure is leveraged. Drive future strategy of the document imaging platform and business service. Devise and plan required projects to deliver on the business and technology strategy.
Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum experience required: 8 years experience in an information technology or related role.
Minimum skills required: Must have experience with: (a) Opex Falcon High Speed Scanners and Opex CertainScan Software; (b) Captiva Capture v7.x; (c) IBM Content Manager 8.5; (d) MS .NET development using C# and VB; (e) SQL and MS SQL Server; (f) SOAP web services, including WS-Security protocols; (g) Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS); (h) Java/J2EE application development; and (i) SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Employer will accept any amount of professional experience in the skills required.
