Alight Solutions is looking for a Senior Corporate Compliance Analyst

 

Alight Solutions seeks a high-performing compliance analyst looking for an opportunity to join a collaborative and energetic legal department to support a rapidly transforming and dynamic business.   Our legal team is located at Alight’s headquarters in Lincolnshire, Illinois, a northern suburb of Chicago. This position will report to the Legal Department, Chief Compliance Officer, and will assist with managing Alight’s global compliance program. The position will have responsibility for Alight’s compliance policies, communications,  training and will play a key role in daily operation of the anti-corruption and trade sanction monitoring programs.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee a strategic communication and training plan, including overseeing the development, distribution and maintenance of global compliance policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage the anti-corruption monitoring processes including entertainment, gifting, and sponsorship reviews and third-party due diligence.
  • Lead and maintain the internal trade sanction monitoring program including active management of the scanning platform and clearing of results.
  • Assist with matters related to conflicts of interest, including partnering with Internal Audit on the annual Conflicts of Interest Survey.
  • Undertake other key projects as determined by legal department leadership.

 

You Bring Knowledge and expertise

  • Share Alight’s purpose and values, including high ethical standards, teamwork, client service, work ethic and positive attitude.
  • 3-5years of experience in a compliance or law department
  • Experience leading significant operational activities within a global compliance programs.
  • Knowledge of financial crimes, anti-corruption programs and third party due-diligence.
  • Familiarity with Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and experience with leading trade sanction scanning platforms helpful.
  • Strong training and communication background, including experience designing and deploying training activities to a global audience
  • Ability to exercise the highest ethical standards and make prudent, risk-based business decisions
  • Ability to understand complex regulatory requirements and suggest effective compliance program requirements
  • Demonstrated organization, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to provide good, proactive professional guidance and advice regarding compliance matters, and sound business-focused solutions that combine excellent judgment, creativity, risk-taking, and technical expertise.
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate information to senior management and various business colleagues and successfully impact decision-making.

 

Education

Bachelors or equivalent years of experience
