Alight Solutions Is Looking For An Oracle Payroll / WFA Delivery Consultant

 

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within Alight Solutions.

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures timely execution of ongoing client deliverables and consulting with clients on services.
  • Develops solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple domains or clients.
  • May have budget accountability, lead implementations and complex projects or lead portions of the requirements process, and/or participate in client sales meetings as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Accountability for client relationship management, operations management, project management and financial management.
  • Accountability with single clients or across multiple clients, depending on the size and complexity of the client/services.
  • Leads all phases of a new client implementation/re-implementation and oversee the efforts of the implementation team, global teams and toolkit teams during the implementation process.
  • Overall responsibilities span processes and technology to successfully deliver client services and work toward Alight Solutions’ goals and objectives.

 

 

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

 

Required Experience:

 

  • 5+ years of payroll or WFA (workforce administration) experience.
  • 1 - 3 years of project management experience
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, ADP, etc.) Oracle highly preferred.
  • Deep Subject Matter Expert (SME) in workstream process and tools.
  • Experience communicating effectively with different levels of management and direct client contact.
  • Experience working with external clients and developing relationships
  • Experience with software methodology development processes.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of work situations
  • Ability to create presentations and write business cases.
  • Project budgeting/costing knowledge.
  • Travel may be required.

  

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
