Alight Solutions Is Looking For a Senior Administrative Assistant

 

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Alight Solutions Human Resources Group in Lincolnshire, IL.

 

Your Impact As a Senior Administrative Assistant

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests from HR Connect Consultants to overnight highly confidential and time sensitive documents to affected Colleagues
  • Act as SharePoint administrator for all Human Resources SharePoint sites
  • Project work to support the HR Leaders, HR Advisors and HR Analysts
  • Calendar management of leaders/consultants
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room reservations and food ordering/delivery, if necessary
  • Prepare and produce high-quality presentations and correspondence, graphic presentations, and other documents, including editing for grammar, punctuation, and clarity
  • Use internal travel tool to research travel options and books consultant travel as applicable
  • Prepare and submits expense reports
  • Record time accurately and submits according to corporate guidelines
  • Serve as expert resource for Alight branding
  • Provide financial support of budgeting and procurement as required by the business supported

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with demonstrated growth in business acumen and partnering
  • Advanced‑level computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and other programs as applicable
  • Excellent customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Superior writing skills—grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading
  • Communicates effectively and professionally
  • Work independently with a variety of individuals and teams
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor in a business casual environment
  • Demonstrate  discretion on highly confidential matters

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree a plus
