Responsibilities

 

The candidate will be part of a highly leveraged global Infrastructure Security team and must have a strong technical foundation that is current within the field of EndPoint Infrastructure Security technologies and industry best practices. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with global partners. The ability to provide after hour support, in depth troubleshooting and project implementation is also required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • In depth knowledge of EndPoint Infrastructure Security technologies
  • Core technologies includ McAfee, Agari, FireEye, Tanium, Gigamon and Digital Guardian
  • IdM (Identity Management) experience required
  • Document design, processes, and templates.
  • Ability to translate high-level business requirements into meaningful and innovative technical solutions
  • Proficient project execution skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities.
  • Proficient ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology team members, including the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Experience in Digital Guardian and Tanium preferred.
  • Provide engineering support for the existing EndPoint Security implementations.
  • This person will have a heavy influence over the design of these systems, so the ability to
  • resolve conflicting goals of divergent groups is critical.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience with EndPoint Infrastructure Security
  • Demonstrated ability to translate/communicate complex concepts to peers and business
  • partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment with short
  • deadlines, interruptions, and multiple tasks/projects occurring at once.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage and mentor others through technical team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and technology infrastructure.
  • General understanding of network and database technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks and
  • meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Strong technical project management and/or leadership skills including the ability to plan,
  • organize, and control activities.
  • Experience in customer-focused environment.
  • Experience working in an offshore/onshore collaborative environment.
  • Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management
