As part of an industry-leading team, you will help drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our HR & Financial Solutions group within Alight Solutions.

This role falls under Alight’s Early Career Development Program, known as Ignite.

Your Impact As A Cloud Solution Consultant Workday Specialist


 This role is within the outsourcing business; formerly a part of Aon Hewitt is now Alight Solutions. As a Cloud Solution Consultants, you will excel as an expert deploying next generation SaaS-based solutions in Human Resources, Payroll and Financials. You will advise, implement and integrate these solutions for clients across a wide spectrum of industries, locations and business needs.  To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong awareness of project lifecycle and establish positive working relationships with colleagues and customers to provide high quality solutions


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to identify and understand business challenges and deploy sustainable Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll and/or Financial solutions
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of project lifecycle; from planning and design to configuration, testing and deployment
  • Research business challenges and use analytical skills to provide optimal solutions.
  • Monitor progress of tasks against a project plan and communicate status regarding project issues.
  • Understand the importance of client satisfaction and use this knowledge to meet client needs in daily interactions.
  • Establish working relationships and collaborate with colleagues to provide high quality solutions for clients
  • Seek opportunities to suggest process improvements
  • Contribute to growing the knowledge capital base through activities such as sharing lessons learned with colleagues
  • Represent the organization in a professional manner
  • Travel up to 30%

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous internship(s) experience preferred
  • Experience with MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access)



  • Bachelor’s degree in Applicants for this role, which is part of the Alight’s Early Career Development Program - Ignite, must graduate between December 2017 – June 2018 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above.
