Alight Solutions Is Looking For A Consumer Experience Sales Executive


As part of an industry-leading team, you will help drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Consumer Experience business group within  Alight Solutions in the West.  As a Consumer Experience Sales Executive, you will report directly to the North America Sales Leader, Consumer Experience.


Your Impact As A Consumer Experience Sales Leader


Job Responsibilities:

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales and/or profitability objectives of new revenue, from both new and current clients. This individual identifies and creates Consumer Experience opportunities, prospects, engages in new clients and has oversight on proposals, Key large/custom RFPs and contracts. This position is also responsible for assembling a business plan that is focused on driving near term In Year Revenue and long term growth.  The Sales Executive proactively connects and expands our internal colleagues to serve and grow our Consumer Experience large market clients.

  • Generate and manage new opportunities with existing and new CE clients through marketing activities, client planning, individual relationship and channel management.
  • Ensures client continually perceives value in all service areas within consumer experience during sales process
  • Responsible for assigned quota
  • Identify client targets and conduct client research and discovery
  • Build a business plan for top clients – Renewal and expansion
  • Know Client promise
  • Health status of the client
  • Key client objective on Health, talent and retirement
  • Build an action plan of positioning Consumer Experience solution with value proposition
  • Directly and by teaming with other internal colleagues, actively drive client penetration and new business through the introduction of Consumer Experience services, Consulting
  • Responsible for all closed won deals that will be entered in Salesforce

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated selling success/sales track record with large services sales
  • Ability to determine good business opportunities for the organization
  • Ability to structure and deliver integrated offers
  • Ability to sell value
  • Proven experience in building and developing senior client relationships
  • Ability to apply the firm's positioning and brand strategy to all aspects of business development efforts
  • Experience in promoting a team environment while leading and participating in large services sales



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
